These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Es Investering AS website and any related pages, forms, and educational materials (collectively, the “Site”). They also govern how we handle requests for course registration details, workshop registration, and learning resources. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.

Our services are delivered online and are available across Canada. Administrative operations are based in Norway.

Es Investering AS operates exclusively as an online education provider. The Site content, course materials, workshops, templates, examples, and communications are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

• We do not provide investment management or investment advice.
• We do not provide financial advisory services, securities trading, or wealth management.
• We do not provide accounting services, legal services, or business consulting.
• Participation in educational programs does not guarantee employment, investment returns, business success, salary increases, certifications, or financial outcomes.

Any examples involving budgeting, planning, finance concepts, entrepreneurship, or leadership are illustrative. They are designed to teach terminology and decision-making frameworks, not to give personalized recommendations. You remain responsible for how you apply any knowledge in your own context.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Es Investering AS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on educational content.

To the extent that liability cannot be excluded, our total direct liability for claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Es Investering AS in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct where such limitation is prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Es Investering AS from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another party.

Es Investering AS is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, and failures of hosting, cloud, or telecommunications providers.

The Site is operated from Norway and our educational services are offered online across Canada. Access to the Site may not be legal in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with applicable local laws and regulations when accessing or using the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.

Consumers may have rights under mandatory laws in their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights where they apply.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and allow at least 30 days for an informal resolution. Please email [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and the relief requested.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use presents security, legal, or operational risk. The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Es Investering AS regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications on the subject.

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, including as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective 14 days after posting on this page unless a shorter period is required for security or legal compliance. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when the latest version took effect.

By using the Site and submitting forms, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (for example, by email). You agree that electronic communications satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
